Alvin Tay Deputy Director, Urban Solutions Department, Urban Solutions & Construction Cluster of JTC Corporation Alvin is the Deputy Director who heads the Urban Solutions team at JTC. He also oversees the CleanTech Park, a 50ha eco-business park for clean technology, urban solutions, and advanced manufacturing industries. Located next to NTU, CleanTech Park serves as a research and development (R&D) hub and ‘living laboratory’ for the test-bedding of new technologies and products in a real-world environment.

She was the key members in developing the past Green Mark criteria such as GM NRB: 2015 and GM ENRB: 2017. She has been working on the latest GM: 2021 which was pilot launched in Apr. Tracy Liu is an electrical engineer by training and has more than ten years’ experience in Green Mark development.
