Vincent Low V-President at G-Energy Global Pte Ltd Mr Vincent Low is the Vice President (Business Development) for G-Energy Global Pte Ltd. (Singapore). He is also a Key Qualified Personnel (KQP) accredited by Energy Sustainability Unit (ESU) - National University of Singapore (NUS) and Certified Green Mark Manager Professional (Cert. GMP) accredited by Building and Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore. Vincent Low is also the Honorary Treasurer of SEAS.

Alvin Tay Deputy Director, Urban Solutions Department, Urban Solutions & Construction Cluster of JTC Corporation Alvin is the Deputy Director who heads the Urban Solutions team at JTC. He also oversees the CleanTech Park, a 50ha eco-business park for clean technology, urban solutions, and advanced manufacturing industries. Located next to NTU, CleanTech Park serves as a research and development (R&D) hub and ‘living laboratory’ for the test-bedding of new technologies and products in a real-world environment.

Tracy Liu Senior Manager at Building & Construction Authority Tracy Liu is a senior manager from Green Mark department of Building and Construction Authority Singapore. She was the key members in developing the past Green Mark criteria such as GM NRB: 2015 and GM ENRB: 2017. She has been working on the latest GM: 2021 which was pilot launched in Apr. Tracy Liu is an electrical engineer by training and has more than ten years’ experience in Green Mark development.
