Kavita Gandhi Executive Director of Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore
Kavita Gandhi Executive Director of Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore Kavita has more than 15 years’ experience in the environment and development sector. Kavita has been involved in multi-dimensional projects like the United States Asia Environmental Partnership (US_AEP) and was instrumental in setting up the Clean Technology Environmental Management Centre (CTEM) in the Singapore Manufacturers’ Association. She worked with startups and SMEs as a manager of the Singapore Association for Environmental Companies (SAFECO). Kavita has an MSc in Environmental Management from Wye College, University of London.

Prior to joining SMRT, he was involved in Maintenance Training in the Singapore Armed Forces for over 10 years. He joined SMRT in 2000 and is currently taking on the role of Deputy Director, Bus Logistics & Maintenance under SMRT Roads’ public transport business (SMRT Buses). He oversees the fleet & system maintenance, infrastructure & facilities management as well as logistics & contracts pertaining to the public bus business.

She has been a lecturer at Temasek Polytechnic since 1999. She also leads multidisciplinary course teams in the built environment-related Continuing Education Training (CET) and Work-Study Post- Diploma programs, notably in Sustainable Architecture, Energy Management, BIM/ Digital Construction & Asset Management.
