    Darren Tang

    Darren Tang is the Founder of WiP Learning & Consultancy, offering bespoke solutions that empower organisations and professionals to achieve peak performance.

    Before his current work, Darren spent nearly 15 years in the property and facilities management industry, where he developed expertise in managing various asset classes, including residential, retail, conservation shophouses, industrial, office, and educational institutions. Drawing on his extensive experience, Darren has taught facilities management courses for Liverpool John Moores University and Trent Global College of Technology and Management. He is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Building and has also served as a board member.

  • Wing Sin Lui

    Wing Sin Lui

    Mr Lui Wing Sin is a Senior Consultant in PrimusTech Pte Ltd, a company specialising in advanced integrated control and automation systems for high-performance commercial and industrial facilities. He holds a BE in Electrical Engineering from Monash University (Australia). He has worked for more than 40 years in the controls and building automation industry with multinational control companies including Honeywell and Invensys Process Systems. He was Chief Operating Officer of CNA (now renamed PrimusTech) from 2000 to 2007.

    As an engineer with a passion for energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, Mr Lui has shared his ideas and experiences with the Singapore public in sustainable building design and operation, over the past 25 years. He has also travelled extensively overseas, giving sustainability talks. He has been actively involved with many organisations in championing green environmental solutions. Such organisations include the World Energy Council, NEA, SEI (Singapore Environment Institute), BCA Academy, SEAS (Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore), IDA, EMA, MOE, PUB, JTC, ASHRAE, Institution of Engineers, NUS, NTU, Singapore Polytechnic, Republic Polytechnic and various schools.
