Kavita Gandhi has an extensive background in environment and developmental sector spanning over last 20 years. Kavita has been involved in multi-dimensional projects like United States Asia Environmental Partnership (US-AEP) and was Instrumental in setting up of Clean Technology Environmental Management Centre (CTEM) in the Singapore Manufacturer’s Association. She has experience working with environmental sector startups and SMEs in her capacity as a manager of the Singapore Association for Environmental Companies (SAFECO). Kavita was one of the key personnel involved in setting up the Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore and securing a grant from SPRING Singapore to run programs in the area of local enterprise development, market development and training & conferences for clean energy industry. She also represents the association in various government and non-government committees related to clean energy. She was instrumental in developing and managing some unique programs like the SME Energy Efficiency outreach as well cleantech incubator. Kavita has an MSc in Environmental Management from Wye College, University of London.

Nilesh Jadhav is a passionate clean energy and decarbonization champion, with more than 2 decades of experience in the field (seasoned professional, published author, scientist, entrepreneur, thought leader, professional trainer and coach).

He currently works as the Head of Energy Performance and Sustainability business (ASEAN/APAC) at Siemens, Smart Infrastructure-RSS. Focusing on end-to-end decarbonization solutions and digital services implementation for lifecycle sustainability for organizations, he'd help create innovative pathways towards complete decarbonization and achievement of net-zero goals.

Mr Vincent Low is the Vice President (Business Development) for G-Energy Global Pte Ltd. (Singapore). He is also a Key Qualified Personnel (KQP) accredited by Energy Sustainability Unit (ESU) - National University of Singapore (NUS) and Certified Green Mark Manager Professional (Cert. GMP) accredited by Building and Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore.


Vincent Low is also the Honorary Treasurer of SEAS.

Ms. Pay Xin Yan is an accomplished and dedicated professional with over 16 years’ of experience in product management, marketing, and business development. As Armacell’s Product and Sustainability Manager in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s approach toward innovation in product development and environmental responsibility. She has led various successful product launches in APAC and is deeply involved in driving regional sustainability and energy efficiency practices with industry stakeholders.

Sunil is an INSEAD alumnus with a degree specialising in electrical engineering and more than two decades of experience in managing energy efficiency and industrial decarbonization. He has been actively contributing to the energy efficiency of industrial plants and large infrastructure energy management projects for the last 23 years. As a Director at KPMG, he is responsible for managing ESG and decarbonization advisory. He has extensive working experience in large infrastructure, and industry across critical manufacturing, data center, and buildings with various MNCs (Siemens, Schneider Electric Johnson Controls, Carrier, and Philips). In his entrepreneurship assignment, he was a core member of an energy management Start-up in Singapore working mainly in critical industries such as semi-con, F&B, Pharma, and precision manufacturing
