Kavita Gandhi has an extensive background in environment and developmental sector spanning over last 20 years. Kavita has been involved in multi-dimensional projects like United States Asia Environmental Partnership (US-AEP) and was Instrumental in setting up of Clean Technology Environmental Management Centre (CTEM) in the Singapore Manufacturer’s Association. She has experience working with environmental sector startups and SMEs in her capacity as a manager of the Singapore Association for Environmental Companies (SAFECO). Kavita was one of the key personnel involved in setting up the Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore and securing a grant from SPRING Singapore to run programs in the area of local enterprise development, market development and training & conferences for clean energy industry. She also represents the association in various government and non-government committees related to clean energy. She was instrumental in developing and managing some unique programs like the SME Energy Efficiency outreach as well cleantech incubator. Kavita has an MSc in Environmental Management from Wye College, University of London.

Introducing Irene, a dynamic serial entrepreneur and seasoned investor with diverse business interests. She currently heads three companies specializing in the solar industry, F&B, and property investment. Irene holds a double degree in Mass Communication with a major in Public Relations and Media Studies. She further enhanced her academic credentials by completing an MBA in Corporate Management and Leadership in 2023.

Passionate about sustainability and inspired by the urgency of climate change, Irene has shifted 80% of her focus to her solar business. She has also enriched her expertise by completing a course conducted by SEAS on designing energy storage systems under the WSQ framework.

In addition to her professional achievements, Irene is a committed community volunteer with the Cheng Hong Association, where she actively serves the senior community through meal distribution and donations.

Prior to joining Durapower in 2014, Mr Kelvin Lim spent 15 years across the ST Engineering Group of Companies, where he assumed different engineering and business leadership functions at several countries, including Singapore, China and the USA. Mr Lim currently holds board directorship and is a member of industry advisory councils of several organisations, including the Electric Vehicle Association of Asia Pacific (EVAAP), Nanyang Technological University (School of Materials Science and Engineering), and Singapore Institute of Technology (School of Electric Engineering).

Peter Ng is the strategic business advisor for Narada Power source company Singapore office. Peter Ng brings with him more than 25 years of experience in the power and battery energy storage industry. Peter is a “entrepreneur” in his profession and also a certified professional electrical power engineer, whose clients include global telecommunication companies, power generation companies across asia pacific countries, government agencies and many power engineering enterprise who has established regional offices or headquaters operation in Singapore.

Henry O'Connell is the VP of Commercial at Green Li-ion, a Singapore-based li-ion battery recycling technology provider. In this position, he supports Green Li-ion in originating all of customer agreements, supports in business case development and drives strategic finance initiatives.
