• He has more than 38 years working experience in subjects related to PQEHS and Business processes in the areas of consulting, training, auditing on areas such as production, waste management, manufacturing and operations, working with many Government Projects (e.g. MOM, MINDEF, PUB, DSTA, LTA), MNC’s ( e.g. DuPont, Shell, Teijin Polycarbonate Pte Ltd, TUV SUD PSB Learning Pte Ltd, BSI Group Singapore Pte Ltd and Singapore Refining Company Pte Ltd ) . His services include the AP regions like Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia, India, China, Bangladesh and Middle East - Qatar.
• Conducted several HAZOP studies, BBS workshops and provided auditing and training services to Certification Bodies e.g. BSI Group Singapore Pte Ltd, Guardian Independent Certification Pte Ltd, SGS International Certification Services Singapore Pte Ltd, TUV SUD PSB Singapore Pte Ltd and Transpacific Certifications (Singapore) Pte Ltd.
• Provides legal updates services for subscribing clients on EHS matters & Others.
• Conducted Further WSH training and seminars at a few well known enterprise, organizations, ATPs and ATOs e.g. ST Engineering, Temasek Polytechnic, Avanta Global and others from 2011 to 2019
